1. 智力、想像力及知識，都是我們重要的資源。但是，資源本身所能達成的是有限的，惟有“有效性”才能將這些資源轉化為成果。Intelligence, imagination, and Knowledge are essential resources, but only effectiveness converts them into results.
2. 誰必須利用我的產出，以使我的產出卓有成效?Who has to use my output for it to become effective?
